of Pizza

Our family has always been passionate about really good pizza. We just can’t help it… pizza is in our Polizzi blood!

It all started back in the ’50s when our Nonno opened his first grocery store in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. He started serving up traditional Sicilian pies and ever since then, generations of Polizzis have been perfecting their own styles of pizza.

Today, we proudly serve our family’s original recipes including our original “313” – the orignal brick oven Detroit style pizza in South Jersey! We make our dough fresh, allow it to naturally ferment and then hand-stretch all of our brick oven pizza styles including Detroit style, Neo-Neapolitan, traditional Sicilian and New Haven style. Everything is made fresh daily, using only the best and highest quality ingredients. This means our delicious brick oven pizza and menu items are available every day until we sell out or close.
