The only brick oven Detroit style pizza in South Jersey! Our “313” dough is made from scratch, proofed and baked in famous Detroit style 10″ x 14″ metal pans. Inspired by traditional Sicilian pies, Detroit style pizza has a thicker crust that’s topped with cheese first. Then, our brick oven transforms the cheese into the Detroit style’s signature charred cheese crust. Our “313” pies are finished with two strips of our homemade tomato sauce (on the top) and best enjoyed piping hot! If you’re really bold, give our “313” Lasagna style a try.
A twist on the traditional Neapolitan style, and cousin to popular New York style pizza, our Neo-Neapolitan pies are made with our naturally fermented dough and hand-stretched to light and airy perfection. We then add our homemade tomato sauce and fresh toppings before baking in our brick oven at over 750 degrees. This high temperature helps to create a distinctly crispier crust with just the right amount of chew and char.
A Polizzi family classic, our traditional Sicilian pies are made with our naturally fermented dough that’s proofed and baked in 16″ square pans. We top each pie with crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, Percorino Romano and a touch of oregano, just like Nonno used to make.
