PBO’s Original “313”
Detroit Style Pizza
Inspired by the area code, our original 3-1-3 is the ONLY brick oven Detroit style pie in South Jersey! We make our dough from scratch, then proof and bake it in famous Detroit style 10″ x 14″ metal pans. Inspired by traditional Sicilian pizza, Detroit style has a thicker crust that’s topped with cheese first. The pan and our brick oven transform that cheese into the signature Detroit style charred cheese crust. Our “313” is finished with two strips of house-made tomato sauce (on the top) and best enjoyed piping hot! If you’re really bold, give any of our specialty pies a try on our Detroit style crust!
Neo-Neapolitan Pizza
A twist on classic Neapolitan style, and close cousin to the ever-popular New York style, PBO’s Neo-Neapolitan pizza is made with our naturally fermented dough that’s hand-stretched to light and airy perfection. We add our house-made tomato sauce and fresh toppings before baking in our brick oven at over 750 degrees. This high temperature helps to create a distinctly crispier crust with just the right amount of chew and char.

Sicilian Pizza
A Polizzi family classic, our traditional Sicilian pies are made with our naturally fermented dough that’s proofed in-house and baked in 16″ square pans. We top each pie with crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, Pecorino Romano and a touch of oregano, just like Nonno used to make. And yes, we make Tomato Pies too!
Par-Baked Pizza Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake your pie(s) for 10 minutes, or to your desired doneness.
